Original Plain Cheesecake is the one that started it all...simply a combination of the best quality slow-cultured cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, Madagascar vanilla beans and whole eggs. All baked on our signature crisp all-butter shortbread cookie crust. 9" Cheesecake 3lb., 8oz Serves 16. (Pre-sliced) This dessert is certified kosher by the Chicago Rabbinical Council.

Eli's Desserts are perishable and shipped frozen, packaged with dry ice in a heavy-duty Styrofoam container so each arrives picture perfect. Shipping cost and additional info.

Residential: Orders placed Monday - Wednesday by 8am CT will ship to arrive the same week. Orders placed Wednesday 8:01am - Sunday midnight will ship the following week. Residential shipments may be delivered on Saturday.

Business: Orders to business addresses need to be placed by Wednesday 8am CT for delivery the same week. Business shipments are delivered on weekdays only.

• Orders may be delivered as late as 8:00pm. We cannot deliver products for arrival on Sunday or Monday, or to PO/FPO Boxes.

Thaw Eli's Cheesecakes overnight in the refrigerator. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. To serve, remove thawed dessert from box and remove shrink wrap and collar, if applicable. Remove the papers from each slice before serving. To store, Eli's Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0F) for up to 9 months, tightly wrapped.

OK guys.....I'm curious....how do you feed 16 with 12 pre-sliced slices of cheesecake?
Owner Response: Hi, Thomas! The 9" Original Plain Cheesecake is indeed pre-sliced into 16 slices. There are various images and sizes of Original Plain Cheesecake on our website but the pre-sliced 9" Plain always has 16. We also have an uncut Plain, and an 8" Plain! It is delicious any way you slice it.

I ordered this for a friend of mine bc I didn't know what to get him for Christmas and I know he loves Eli's Cheese Cake. It shipped from Chicago to Alabama in 2 days. It arrived very well packaged, still frozen, still on ice, perfect condition and exactly when I was told it would.

Best Cheesecake EVER!!!

I got a slice of theirs cheesecake when I visited Put-in-Bay, OH yesterday. It was, hands-down, the best cheesecake I have ever eaten! I'm not big on graham carckee crust so was pleasantly surprised that this crust was different. I went back to the candy shop to see where they got it from. Thankfully, the sweet girl working told me your company's name!

Better than the Best!

I first tried this cheesecake at a national fast food restaurant and was blown away at how good it was' I ordered one and had sent to my home in Mill Valley California and been in love with these deserts ever since!
I love the different type of crust but love all of the cake! You can't go wrong with any product you order from here!
I'm about to order a cheesecake to California I hope!
I love all the food but the cheesecake is fantastic!
