Eli's Desserts are perishable and shipped frozen, packaged with dry ice in a heavy-duty Styrofoam container so each arrives picture perfect. Shipping cost is $11.95.

Residential: Orders placed Monday - Thursday by 8am CT will ship to arrive the same week. Orders placed Thursday 8:01am - Sunday midnight will ship the following week. Residential shipments may be delivered on Saturday. Business: Orders to business addresses need to be placed by Wednesday 8am CT for delivery the same week. Business shipments are delivered on weekdays only.

Thaw Eli's Cheesecakes overnight in the refrigerator or at room temperature for up to 2 hours. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. To serve, remove thawed dessert from box and remove shrink wrap and collar, if applicable. Remove the papers from each slice before serving. Frozen: Eli's Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0F) for up to 9 months, tightly wrapped.Refrigerated: Once thawed, Eli's Cheesecakes can be stored covered up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Best Cheesecake EVER!!!

I got a slice of theirs cheesecake when I visited Put-in-Bay, OH yesterday. It was, hands-down, the best cheesecake I have ever eaten! I'm not big on graham carckee crust so was pleasantly surprised that this crust was different. I went back to the candy shop to see where they got it from. Thankfully, the sweet girl working told me your company's name!

Better than the Best!

I first tried this cheesecake at a national fast food restaurant and was blown away at how good it was' I ordered one and had sent to my home in Mill Valley California and been in love with these deserts ever since!
I love the different type of crust but love all of the cake! You can't go wrong with any product you order from here!
I'm about to order a cheesecake to California I hope!
I love all the food but the cheesecake is fantastic!
