Eli's Desserts are perishable and shipped frozen, packaged with dry ice in a heavy-duty Styrofoam container so each arrives picture perfect. Shipping cost is $12.95.
Residential: Orders placed Monday - Wednesday by 8am CT will ship to arrive the same week. Orders placed Wednesday 8:01am - Sunday midnight will ship the following week. Residential shipments may be delivered on Saturday.

However, Eli's has not responded to our comments emailed to orders@elicheesecake.com as a reply to how we liked the Pumpkin Cheesecake. We also emailed Gabriela re: the disappointment. We have been loyal customers for DECADES and believe that we should have a response and how to 'remedy' the situation. Thank you.
