Eli's Desserts are perishable and shipped frozen, packaged with dry ice in a heavy-duty Styrofoam container so each arrives picture perfect. Shipping cost and additional info.


Residential: Orders placed Monday - Wednesday by 8am CT will ship to arrive the same week. Orders placed Wednesday 8:01am - Sunday midnight will ship the following week. Residential shipments may be delivered on Saturday.

Business: Orders to business addresses need to be placed by Wednesday 8am CT for delivery the same week. Business shipments are delivered on weekdays only.

Thaw Eli's Cheesecakes overnight in the refrigerator or at room temperature for up to 2 hours. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. To serve, remove thawed dessert from box and remove shrink wrap and collar, if applicable. Remove the papers from each slice before serving. Frozen: Elis Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0F) for up to 9 months, tightly wrapped.Refrigerated: Once thawed, Elis Cheesecakes can be stored covered up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Fantastic Pumpkin Cheesecake

This cheesecake was purchased for some friends celebrating their 54th wedding anniversary. I have sent them cheesecakes before; however, they have never complimented on like the pumpkin cheesecake they received from Eli's. They were very appreciative and thank me for the outstanding cheesecake. Well done Elie's and thank you for the great cheesecake.

Thanksgiving Pot Luck

Hello,
I was invited to a Thanksgiving Day Pot Luck event at my local pub. I thought it would be fun to bring along the Eli's Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake. It was a HUGE hit, everyone who was lucky enough to get a slice loved it! The only negative part was that others who had brought along regular pumpkin pies were not nearly as popular, so I did feel a bit guilty, but that won't stop me again next year!

Pumpkin Cheesecake

We were disappointed in the taste of the pumpkin cheesecake. Not much pumpkin flavor. We remember the company's pumpkin cheesecake from 1989 when I lived in Chicago. The slices were larger and there was no whipped cream, etc. on top. Just pure, delicious pumpkin cheesecake. For the price, and the lackluster taste, we probably won't be purchasing another pumpkin cheesecake.

i wanted pumkin pie and cheesecake and was so surprised to find both in the same product! the pumkin is tasted but its not overpowering. so delicious!
